Mindfulness Article
The link below will take you to a great article about the practice and benefits of mindfulness by Jay Dixit at "Psychology Today." It's well worth the read!
This article was wonderful in that it gives concrete steps that you can try to live in the moment. Thanks for the post, it was a much needed reminder for me today!
I agree with you: one of my favorite aspects of the article was that it provided "concrete steps," as you said. With a practice and concept as seemingly elusive as mindfulness, it's important to show people the "how" element. Glad it was helpful and timely!
The practice and the benefits of "mindfulness" is very imortant in todays world. I have been practicing this for some time now. I am so glad to see this blog!! More people need to know. Thanks for spreading the word!!
